Adoption of Integrity Pact in FACT Ltd.
FACT Ltd. is implementing the Integrity Pact for all tenders with estimated value of above Rupees One Crore (excluding imports). The bidders quoting against such tenders shall sign and submit an “Integrity Pact (IP)” to be executed between the bidder and Fertilisers and Travancore Ltd. The format of the IP will be included in the tender documents.
 
IP shall be implemented through the following Independent External Monitors (IEMs):
