Chairman & Managing Director
Shri . Anupam Misra, Director (Marketing) has taken over additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director with effect from 05th January 2026.

Shri. Anupam Misra holds Bachelor of Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and PGDM from IIM, Lucknow. 

He is a General Management professional, with 27+ years’ experience in the area marketing/International Trading with rich hands-on experience in Industrial raw materials, Agro- Commodities, Engineering Goods and Projects in multi-commodity and multi-market B2B context. 

He joined FACT on 14th July 2020 as Director (Marketing). Prior to joining FACT, he was Director (Marketing) for four years at PEC Ltd, a PSU under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He was previously working as General Manager (Marketing) at STC of India Ltd., New Delhi.

Shri S Sakthimani

Shri S Sakthimani is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant, Company Secretary and Metallurgical Engineer. He is having rich experience in Strategic Planning, Finance & Accounts, Corporate Affairs, Operations, Quality Assurance and Auditing.

Prior to joining FACT, he has served as Director (Finance & Marketing) in Cement Corporation of India Limited and also served in Steel Authority of India Limited, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, Scooters India Limited and Engineering Projects (India) Limited.
Director (Technical)
Dr. Jayachandran K has been appointed as Director (Technical) on the Board of FACT as per the Order of Govt. of India. Dr. Jayachandran K has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Doctorate in Environmental Science. He joined FACT in 1989 and has over 33 years of experience in various capacities in the Company. He has held various key technical positions in FACT during his career and was the Executive Director (Corporate Planning) before assuming charge as Director (Technical) on 03.03.2023.

Shri Manoj Sethi was appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of FACT, on 14.12.2023, based on the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India.

Shri M Chandran

Shri. M Chandran was appointed as Independent Director on the Board of FACT, on 23.06.2023, based on notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India.

He has been closely associated with social and health sectors for the past 20 years. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras.

Mr. Chandran is the Director of Bhagla Livelihood Finserv Limited. He is also a member of the Advisory Council for Tamilnadu in National Book Trust and a Trustee of Elaya Bharatham Seva Trust.
Independent Director
Dr. Aruna Kamineni was appointed as Independent Director on the Board of FACT, on 05.05.2025, based on notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. She serves as a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon at Venkat Kamineni Hospital in Bellari. She holds an MBBS and an MS degree from Bellari Medical College, where she was awarded three Gold Medals for academic excellence. Dr. Aruna has held several prominent leadership roles, including President of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Bellari branch, and State Vice President, IMA Karnataka. She was nominated as an Independent Director at HLL Medipark Limited, Chennai, served as Governing Council Member of the Vijayanagara Institute of Medical Sciences, and President of the Bellari Private.

Shri. Billeswar Sinha

Shri. Billeswar Sinha was appointed as Independent Director on the Board of FACT, on 05.05.2025, based on notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. He holds Bachelors of Law degree from B N Mondal University, West Bengal. He is an Advocate by profession and has been awarded best lawyer of Bankura District in 2017 by District Legal Services Authority.
