Shri S. C. Mudgerikar is a techno-manager and has wide ranging experience in managing technology based organisations. Shri. S. C. Mudgerikar is a Post Graduate Engineer with a management qualification from IIM Bangalore. Shri. S.C. Mudgerikar is Chairman & Managing Director of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd. (RCF) w.e.f. 01.10.2019.
Apart from this, he has received extensive in-service training in the fields of management and public policy at some of the world’s leading Institutions like INSEAD/ Singapore, ICLIF/Malaysia, Syracuse University, Antwerp Port Training Centre, China-Europe Management School and IIM Kolkata. Known for his scientific temper and ethical approach towards problem solving, he has successfully turned around the performance of RCF over the years. Before joining RCF, he has managed one of the busiest rail networks in the world as an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) Officer. During his long and illustrious career as a technocrat, he has worked on the Boards of various important organisations viz. Central Warehousing Corporation, CONCOR Air, National Multi Commodity Exchange, IFFCO-CRWC JV, and Maharashtra & West Bengal SWCs. He has worked on various committees of Government of India and has substantially contributed towards policy formulation in the fields of fertilizers, logistics and information technology.

Mr. Anupam Misra, has a good academic background with Bachelor of Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and PDGM from IIM, Lucknow.
He has handled engineering exports, turnkey projects, agricultural commodities, minerals and metals, trade in chemicals and long-term supply / export contracts.
He is a General Management professional, with +27 years experience in the area marketing/ International Trading with rich hands-on-experience in Industrial raw materials, Agro-Commodities, Engineering Goods and Projects in multi-commodity and multi-market B2B context. He has also handled and Structured complex transactions and skills in the area of Contract Negotiations, Competitive bidding & Key Account Management.
He was Director (Marketing) for four years at PEC Ltd, a schedule B PSU under Ministry of Commerce and Industry prior to joining FACT. He was previously working as General Manager (Marketing) at STC of India Ltd., New Delhi.

Shri S Sakthimani is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant, Company Secretary and Metallurgical Engineer. He is having rich experience in Strategic Planning, Finance & Accounts, Corporate Affairs, Operations, Quality Assurance and Auditing.
Prior to joining FACT, he has served as Director (Finance & Marketing) in Cement Corporation of India Limited and also served in Steel Authority of India Limited, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, Scooters India Limited and Engineering Projects (India) Limited.

Dr K Jayachandran
Dr. Jayachandran K has been appointed as Director (Technical) on the Board of FACT as per the Order of Govt. of India. Dr. Jayachandran K has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Doctorate in Environmental Science. He joined FACT in 1989 and has over 33 years of experience in various capacities in the Company. He has held various key technical positions in FACT during his career and was the Executive Director (Corporate Planning) before assuming charge as Director (Technical) on 03.03.2023.

Ms. Aparna S. Sharma is appointed as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. September 1, 2020. She is presently Joint Secretary, Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt. of India. She is a post graduate in English Literature from Delhi University and a 1990 batch CSS Officer. She has over 25 years of work experience in various Ministries of Government of India including Department of Higher Education, Health and Family Welfare, Personnel and Training, Finance and Urban Development.

Prof Anjula Murmu was appointed as Independent Director on the Board of FACT based on the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers on 18th April 2022. She has a Doctorate in Arts, and is working as Asst. Professor in SP Mahila College, Dumka.
She is a very active social worker and has represented India in IndoChina Youth Exchange Programme, China, 2011. She was awarded Best NSS Programme Officer, SKM University, 2021.
She has also authored and edited a several books.
