Our parent company, M/s FACT Ltd. is a multi-divisional company. Besides FEDO, it has the following divisions:-

• FACT-UC (Udyogamandal Complex):- Fertiliser (FactomFos, Ammonium Sulphate )/ Petro-Chemical (Cyclohexanone and Caprolactam)Manufacturing Divisions located at Udyogamandal

• FACT-CD (Cochin Division) - Located at Ambalamedu producing DAP, Complex fertilizers

• FEW (FACT Engineering Works):- An Equipment fabrication Division Located at Palluruthy, Ernakulam

• A central Marketing Division for Fertilisers and Chemicals, headquartered at Udyogamandal.

• FACT-RCF Building Products Ltd (M/s FRBL, A joint Venture between M/s FACT and RCF Mumbai)-Located at Ambalamedu, Engaged in the fabrication of GFRG (Glass Fiber Re-inforced Gypsum) Panels, a readymade wall panels used for reducing the construction time of buildings.

Udyogamandal, Ambalamedu and Palluruthy are industrial locales situated just outside the city limits of Kochi, in Kerala, one of the southern states of India, connected by Rail, Air and Water to other principal cities/ international locations.
