The objective of this group is the achievement of the state of TQM through a continuous improvement in the systems, involving all employees, aimed at excellence in engineering. Its functions include:

Updating FEDO's standards & systems on a regular basis;

Ensuring adherence to the quality adherence to the quality manual and the quality system enshrined in it, through internal quality audits;

Facilitation training for employees to do quality work and monitoring its effectiveness: and,

Ensuring the smooth functioning of the entire organisation through quality.
