FEDO has devoted considerable attention to the vital area of Project Management. Project Department is responsible for the execution of projects coordinating all and relevant departments of the organisation. The Project Manager assigned for each project is the crucial link between the client, sub-contractors, Suppliers and FEDO. The Planning department which come directly under the Projects department is responsible for -
- Project schedule,
- Progress monitoring through 'S' curves
- Man-Hour Monitoring and Control
- and associated MIS reports
Completion of the projects on schedule, within defined costs and without compromise on quality are the main objectives of this group.
