PROJECT MANAGEMENT AT FEDO

A Chief Project Manager at a senior level heads a multi-disciplinary task force comprising specialists from the following streams;

• Project Engineering & Systems Design
• Engineering: Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation
• Planning, Cost control, Management Information system
• Procurement: Purchase, Inspection & Expediting Vendor Co-ordination, Traffic & Stores Management
• Site Management

Each project will have one assigned Project manager reporting to Chief Project Manager, who will be the overall communication node for Client, contractors, site team etc and responsible for Oevrall Project coordination.

SITE ORGANISATION / MANAGEMENT FEDO Project sites are headed by Resident Chief Construction Manager (RCCM) / Resident COnstruction Manager (RCM).  All other support engineers report to the RCM/ RCCM at site such as:

• Civil
• Mechanical
• Electrical
• Instrumentation and
• Safety (HSE)

Process Engineers are deputed to site as and when required as per project requirement for pre-commissioning, commissionig and Handing over/ Training etc
