NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Vide Order No.CMD-CO- dated 19^th September 2005 appointment of Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) and Asst. Central Public Information Officer (ACPIO) as per Section 5 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 was notified by the Company.

The Company now notifies for the information of all concerned that effective 12.10.2005, it has set in motion an appropriate mechanism to meet its obligations to the Public under Section 4(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
